How to measure your foot
Place a blank A4 sheet of paper on the floor next to a wall.
Place your foot on the paper with your heel next to the wall.
Take out a pencil and draw a line on the paper where the longest toe will end up.
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper where the heel was placed to the line at the longest toe with a ruler or tape measure.
It is important to measure both feet because feet can be of different lengths.
Using the size chart below, you can then see which size suits you.
Remember to add 1-1.5 cm of growth space to children's shoes. 1.5-2 cm growth margin on warm-lined children's shoes.
Remember to add 0.5-1cm of movement to senior shoes.
