www.bagheera.se is provided by Bagheera AB with Org number 556241-5611. Information & images on the website are owned by the company or partner and may not be copied without permission. All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian’s permission to order goods from us.

Payment method

For Swedish customers we offer card payment, invoice and Swish. For customers in other EU countries we only offer card payment at the moment. Payment is made through the selected payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners.

Card payment

You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. There is no additional fee.

Invoice

In collaboration with Walley, we offer invoice and installment payment. Invoice means that you receive the goods before you pay. You can then choose to either pay the entire amount at once or divide it into smaller parts. The due date may differ and is stated on the invoice or installment payment notice that is sent to you. The delivery method and any additional fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm the purchase. A minor credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. Shipping and delivery

If you live in Sweden, you can choose between two different shipping options and pick-up in our store.

Delivery to drop-off location 60:-
Home delivery 150:-
Pick up in store 0:-

For purchases over 500 SEK, shipping is free. For customers in other EU countries, shipping is always 125 SEK. We only deliver to Sweden and other EU countries at the moment. All deliveries are sent with Postnord. You redeem your package at the nearest service point. For environmental reasons, we reuse packaging as often as we can.

Delivery time

We will deliver your order as quickly as possible, normally within 1-4 working days. For orders from other EU countries, delivery may take longer. We reserve the right to close out and delay delivery. Should this occur, we will notify you as soon as possible. NOTE! Delivery time may be slightly longer during holiday periods.

SMS notification

We use SMS notification. This means you will be notified more quickly when your package has arrived at the delivery point and at the same time we save a little for the environment. Remember to enter your mobile number when you register.

Wrong delivery

Have you received a different item than the one you ordered? If an item is incorrect or shipped incorrectly, we are responsible for the shipping. Contact us at info@bagheera.se or call 0226-58500 as soon as possible to receive a shipping label for the return. Fill out the attached return form and send the item back to us. As soon as the item has arrived at our location, we will immediately send you the correct item.

Transport damage

Our packages are insured during transport. If you see that the contents are damaged, please report it directly at the delivery point. If you have opened the package and discover damage, please call us at 0226-58500.

Non-delivery

Have you received confirmation from us that the item has been shipped, but nothing has arrived? Call us at 0226-58500 or email info@bagheera.se .

Unclaimed package

For packages not collected, a fee of 300 SEK incl. VAT will be charged. This cost is to cover our shipping and handling expenses.

Exchanges and returns

Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with something you have ordered, you have a 30-day cancellation period after you have received the goods. However, the right of cancellation does not apply to swimwear or underwear. Of course, the right of cancellation does not apply if the goods are used or if the seal has been broken. As a customer, you are obliged to check your delivery. The goods must be sent back in essentially unchanged condition. You are responsible for the transport risk. For customers within Sweden, we are responsible for the shipping of your first return. Contact customer service at 0226-58500 or info@bagheera.se to have your shipping label sent to you. If you are a customer within the rest of the EU and in the event of multiple returns on the same order, you are responsible for the shipping cost yourself. Fill in the return label that is enclosed in your package, write what you are returning, the article number and the product name. Refund will then be made within 30 days of us receiving the goods unused and in unchanged condition with original packaging.

Right of exchange

The right of exchange is valid for 30 days. You are responsible for the transport risk. For customers within Sweden, we are responsible for the shipping of your first return. Contact customer service at info@bagheera.se or 0226-58500 to have an address label sent to you. If you are a customer within the rest of the EU, you are responsible for the shipping cost yourself. State on the return form what you are returning, the reason for the return and which replacement item you would like. Once we have received the item back and checked that it is not damaged, we will send the new item.

Complaints

Has your item broken during use? Contact customer service at 0226-58500 or info@bagheera.se so that we can make an assessment whether the item needs to be sent to us. If the item is to be sent to us, you will receive an address label and a return form to include in the package. Remember to always save the order confirmation as a receipt for your item! You have a 3-year right of complaint according to Swedish law.
