Ordering
Within Sweden, orders over 500 SEK are free of shipping. For orders under 500 SEK, you pay 60 SEK for delivery to a representative and 150 SEK for home delivery.
For other EU countries, shipping is 125 SEK regardless of order amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot add products to an order. Either place a new order, or contact us to cancel your first order so you can place a new one with all products.
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a new message with a link to Posten for delivery status where you can see where the shipment is.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not been packed or has not left the warehouse, we will cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped, you have the right to return it, but you must notify us for further instructions and collect the package to avoid being charged for an unclaimed package.
Payment
With us you can pay by card (VISA and MasterCard), invoice or Swish as a Swedish customer.
If you order from other EU countries, you can only pay by card.
All payment options are via our partner Payex.
Invoices are sent via email from Collector. Please check your spam folder to make sure it hasn’t ended up there.
When you place an order, the money is reserved on your card. The money is then withdrawn when we have shipped the order to you.
Delivery
We deliver your order as quickly as possible, normally within 1-4 working days (for other EU countries, delivery may take longer).
Once your order has been shipped, you can follow the delivery process by either:
- Click on the tracking link in your delivery email.
- Log in to My Account and track your delivery
- Call our customer service for more information about your order.
We will send to an agent near you.
You will receive an SMS when the package is ready for collection.
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can see where your package is.
Your package will remain with your agent for 14 days. After 14 days, your order will be sent back to our warehouse. Your payment will be credited as soon as the return has been registered. For packages that are not collected, Bagheera reserves the right to charge you as a customer 300 SEK for the costs incurred for return shipping and handling.
Returns, Exchanges and Complaints
For customers within Sweden, we cover the shipping for your first return. All you need to do is contact us to have a return shipping label sent to you.
Customers in the rest of the EU are responsible for the shipping costs themselves.
Packages that are not picked up at the agent are not covered by the right of withdrawal or free returns. We will then charge 300 SEK in fee for work done and shipping fees.
You have 30 days to return/exchange your item. However, the right of return does not apply to swimwear or underwear. Follow the instructions below for your return:
- Contact us to receive a shipping label for your return. (Customers outside Sweden are responsible for the shipping costs themselves).
- Fill out the return form that was included with your order.
- Stick the return shipping label on the package and hand it in to your nearest Postnord agent.
It may take between 5-7 days to credit after your item arrives at our warehouse. You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the due date is not passed. We do not refund late fees.
To avoid any late fees, we recommend that you pay your invoice as usual and then receive your money back when the return is registered.
