Sometimes the arch of the forefoot sinks down and causes calluses.
When the arch of the forefoot is lowered, the nerve between the 3rd and 4th toes can become pinched and cause pain when the metatarsal joint of the toes is stressed.
To relieve this stress injury, the arch of the forefoot must be lifted with a soft cushion, called a pad.
Store staff often have difficulty placing it in the right place. That’s why we have developed a pad with Velcro on the underside that allows you to later move it to the right place to relieve the pain. If velour upholstery is not available, you can use the included attachment surface.
